Open-source data

Kaomoji data used by EmojiRef is derived in part from FontVibe (dataset), licensed under CC BY 4.0, and kaomoji-collection, licensed under the MIT License. The data has been normalized, deduplicated, ranked, and mapped to EmojiRef categories.

License texts and a machine-readable source manifest are kept in the project repository under licenses/. See also About.
